What is Enterprise Mode?
OpenTeam Enterprise Mode is designed for organizations that need advanced AI execution without giving up control of users, business data, or security. It brings leading AI models, file and application creation, multi-step research, connected workflows, and governed data connections—including Databricks—into one managed environment.
Organizations can assign users, connected accounts, shared workspaces, and workflow access by Team, giving administrators flexibility to match each group’s operating and data-access needs.
How secure is Enterprise Mode?
Enterprise Mode includes SOC 2 Type II certification, end-to-end encryption, strict data privacy measures, granular user access controls, SCIM-based user provisioning, and organization-wide Audit Logs. OpenTeam does not use enterprise data for AI training. These safeguards help protect data confidentiality and support organizational compliance.
SCIM helps administrators provision and deprovision users consistently, while Audit Logs provide organization-level visibility into managed activity. Sensitive connection material remains behind the Portal’s credential boundary instead of being exposed in normal browser responses.
Key features
Enterprise Mode combines expanded AI capabilities with organization-level controls:
- Extended access to create files and applications: Use advanced tools to create reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, presentations, documents, and web applications across ongoing projects.
- Expanded capacity for deep research and agent runs: Generate comprehensive reports on complex topics using autonomous, multi-step research, browser work, and analysis.
- Advanced media and video workflows: Create and coordinate rich-media work through supported AI models, connected production tools, and reusable organization workflows.
- Access to advanced models: Use OpenTeam’s available GPT-5.6, Claude, Gemini, and Grok model families for research, creation, review, and execution.
- Databricks and organization data connections: Connect governed Databricks data and other approved business systems while preserving Team, account, and workflow permission boundaries.
- Microsoft ecosystem: As a Microsoft AI partner, OpenTeam connects Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Office, Admin, Entra, Power BI, and more Microsoft apps.
- Expanded file and project capacity: Maintain larger shared workspaces, project files, reports, and generated artifacts, with capacity aligned to the Team plan and deployment scope.
- Premium security and administration: Use SOC 2 Type II certified controls, end-to-end encryption, strict data privacy measures, granular user access controls, SCIM-based provisioning, organization-wide Audit Logs, and admin analytics. Enterprise data is not used for AI training.
- Persistent project context: Build richer working context across people, documents, shared history, connected systems, and reusable skills so agents can operate with organization-specific knowledge.
- Early access to new capabilities: Receive early access to selected models, features, connectors, and products before broader availability when included in the organization’s deployment plan.
- Priority support: Get faster support for rollout, troubleshooting, production guidance, training, and ongoing enablement.
User management
Administrators can use SCIM to provision and deprovision users, organize them into Teams, manage shared workspaces and connected accounts, and control which resources are available to each group. This keeps AI work aligned with organizational ownership and existing access boundaries.
Shared history and administration tools give organizations a consistent operating view without combining unrelated users, accounts, or workflows into one unrestricted space.
